非球面隱形眼鏡光學設計之研究

摘要


目前非球面隱形眼鏡的研發不多,為因應未來廣大使用者的需求,本研究針對非球面隱形眼鏡的設計、優化、與像質分析來做出貢獻。近年來也越來越多人戴隱形眼鏡,隱形眼鏡的光學設計是複雜的且受到眼球形狀的限制,本設計著重在客製化眼鏡設計以適合近視患者的配戴,主要的功能是視力矯正,例如近視與其散光等的像差。設計時除了要考慮人眼的光學參數外,還要考慮隱形眼鏡的材質與光學特性。 在本研究中,我們將重點放在找出提高成像品質的方法。我們利用光學設計軟體ZEMAX,對300度和600度的近視度數分別設計出球面和非球面的硬式隱形眼鏡,在非球面上,我們還設計不同的中心厚度,分別為0.04mm和0.02mm,硬式隱形眼鏡的使用材料為PMMA,並由三種角度0度,10度,20度對人眼入射光線,使各角度入射光線能聚焦在視網膜上,並對球面系統和非球面系統進行優化,讓影像清晰,比較球面和非球面的差別,觀察光扇圖(Ray Fan),光斑圖(Spot Diagram)和調制轉移函數圖(Modulation Transfer Function)優化前後的改善幅度。 完成隱形眼鏡的設計和優化之後,對隱形眼鏡進行簡易的公差分析,公差分析是因為設計時必須考慮實際製造的生產缺陷和組裝誤差的過程,如果誤差嚴重影響到系統性能,需要改善設計,確定在製造時可以合理限定公差。 最後實驗結果可從調制轉移函數圖得知,優化前的解像力很低,優化後的調制轉移函數圖在每30lp/mm能達到0.3以上的解像力,比優化前提升很多;公差分析的結果能在90%的機會做到RMS Spot Radius 的標準值,性能非常接近。

At present,there is not much research in the area of non-spherical contact lenses, in order to meet the needs of the majority of users in the future, this study can makes some contributions for non-spherical contact lens in optical design, optimization and image quality analysis.The main optical design of contact lenses should be focused on the shape of eye and its vision correction,such as,degree of myopia,astigmatism and other aberrations. In addition to ,we consider the human eye optical parameters, but also consider the contact lens material and optical properties. In this study, we will show the results of out contact lens optical design including the image guality improvements for the 300 degrees and 600 degrees of myopia. we need the optical design software “Zemax’ and thematerical of PMMA to design the spherical and aspherical contact lenses.The incident angles are set at 0,10,and20 degree to view the Ray Fan,the Spot Diagram,and MTF(Modulation Transfer Function) diagram. After the completion of the design and optimization of contact lenses,we continue doing about the simple tolerance analysis and thermal analysis. Tolerance analysis must be taked into account the errors due to manufacturing defects and assembly process, if the error seriously affect the system performance. Finally, the experimental results can be obtained from the modulation transfer function diagram. The resolution of the optimized transfer function is very low at 30lp / mm, which is much higher than that before optimization. The result of the tolerance analysis can be 90% of the opportunity to do RMS Spot Radius standard value, performance is very close.
