高效率LED球泡燈表面處理之影響與分析

摘要


本文主要針對於LED球泡燈進行相關量測與分析,LED具備低耗電、體積小、重量輕、壽命長、無汞…..等優點,廣泛的被推廣於室內照明上,但也因散熱問題導致其產品壽命不佳。 目前國內室內照明用的LED大多採用多晶封裝或者是多顆LED為主,本次實驗採用多晶封裝的LED,室內燈具則選用球泡燈作為量測用燈具,並分別選用不同表面處理型式的球泡燈首先量測初始光通量,確認產品初始的發光效率,在進行於常溫中長時間光衰減試驗,利用實驗過程中可以取得光通量、色溫及演色性三項對於室內燈具重要數據,由於燈具散熱型式的差異透過實驗得到數據進行分析以及燈具接面溫度量測,可驗證散熱優異對於室內燈具所造成的光影響。

This paper is focus on the related measurement and analysis of the LED light bulb. LED has some notable qualities, such as low power consumption, small size, light weight, long life, no mercury.....etc. The LED is widely used in indoor lighting, but because of the heat dissipation, this problem is resulting in poor product life of the LED light bulb. At present, the LED interior lighting package mainly uses multiple-chip or more stars LED-based. This experiment uses the multiple-chip package of the LED. For interior lighting, light bulb is used as the measurement with light. The light bulbs with the different types of heat dissipating are used for first initial flux measurements to confirm the initial luminous efficiency products. During a long time at room temperature in the test of the light attenuation, the use of flux in the experiment can obtain three important data of which are the Luminous Flux, Color Temperature and the Color Rendering Index. From the differences in the LED lighting module with the types of heat dissipating, we can do the analysis and measurements of Junction temperature through the experimental data in order to verify the influences of the optical performance caused by the efficiency of the heat dissipating on the indoor lighting.
