本論文旨在研究高功率LED路燈燈具,在相同的燈具結構中採用橢圓光型、對稱廣角型、偏心廣角型、狹角對稱型等四種配光曲線,經由Dialux軟體模擬其一般道路及快速道路平均照度(Eav)、照度均勻度(UE)、平均亮度(Lav)、亮度均勻度(U0)、縱向均勻度(UL)、眩光(T1)結果後,以此設計參數去架構路燈。依實際安裝燈桿高度,路面寬度及燈具間距的要求,以Dialux去優化照度及輝度,使其滿足一般道路要求照度均勻度1/4條件,以及快速道路要求照度均勻度1/3 條件,以符合道路規範法規。 在模擬過程後,計算出模擬數值與實際測量值的差異百分比,一般道路,選用120W,光通量7200 lm,偏心廣角型的配光曲線過程後,其六點平均照度的模擬值17.13 lux、實測值16.08 lux,其平均誤差為10%,且優於道路法規要求之11.58 lux;快速道路,選用150W,光通量9000 lm,偏心廣角型的配光曲線過程後,其六點平均照度的模擬值22.83 lux、實測值21.52 lux,其平均誤差為10%,且優於道路法規要求之15.33 lux。 故本設計符合一般道路法規及快速道路法規要求。利用DIALux照度模擬軟體的四種配光曲線準確性大於90%以上,故可提供未來於光型選用之前模擬良好的工具。
This thesis aimed at studying the high power LED street lights. Four kinds of candela distribution plots, inclusive of oval type optical pattern, batwing type optical pattern, eccentric batwing type optical pattern and narrow horn type optical pattern, were adopted in the same lighting fixture. By Dialux, we simulated the structure to gain the average of irradiance(Eav) and intensity(Lav), the irradiance uniformity(UE), the luminance uniformity (U0) , the vertical uniformity (UL) and the glare (T1). We designed the LED street light by those parameters. According to the demands of street light height, road width and street light spacing, the irradiance and brightness were optimized by Dialux to conform the road regulations, inclusive of irradiance uniformity 1/4 in the pathway and irradiance uniformity 1/3 in the expressway. After simulating, the difference percentage of simulation data and measurement data were calculated. In the pathway, we chosen 120W, 7200lm and eccentric batwing type optical pattern to simulate the irradiance average of six points. The simulation data was 17.13lux, and the measurement data was 16.08lux. The difference was 10%. The result was better than 11.58lux in road regulations demands. In the expressway, we chosen 150W, 9000lm and eccentric batwing type optical pattern to simulate the irradiance average of six points. The simulation data was 22.83lux, and the measurement data was 21.52lux. The difference was 10%. The result was better than 15.33lux in road regulations demands. The design results met pathway and expressway regulation demands. By Dialux, we used four kinds of candela distribution plots to simulate. The accuracy was greater than 90%. In the future, Dialux was a tool to find out what candela distribution plot we should choose.
