應用單向離合器於操作模式切換之新型油電混合系統

摘要


本文提出數種新型的油電混合動力系統,其以行星式齒輪組、單向離合器或離心離合器為基本元件,並採用簡易之操作模式切換方式,系統類型是定位在介於高量級與中量級之間,其與高量級系統一樣具有一驅動馬達在低速起步時獨立驅動車輛;其與中量級系統一樣在引擎輸出軸串接一馬達/發電機做調節扭力與隨車充電用。設計的目標是尋找適合一般125 c.c機車性能需求之新型系統,此系統期望能有超越中量級系統在燃油經濟效益的限制,並尋求比一般高量級系統所需更簡單的系統配置,操作控制模式和能源管理策略。 以系統單純藉由控制驅動馬達和引擎的開與關以及離心離合器的離心控制,就可達成各種操作模式的切換,如此可大大簡化系統動力控制方式。低速起步時,引擎關閉,而純由驅動馬達驅動車子;中高速時,引擎起動,而馬達/發電機則在馬達或發電機模式下切換操作,這樣可以用來隨著車子的加減速來調節引擎的輸出扭力,藉此取代引擎節氣門大部分的操作,以達到最大的燃油經濟效益和有效地減少排氣污染。 針對所提出的CHN1、CHN2、CHN3、CHN4、CVT1及CVT2等六型式之新型油電混合動力系統架構及操作特性,先定出中高量級及高量級兩種油電混合系統之性能目標及規格,並提出混合常數k之設計參數,進行此六種新型系統的中高量級及高量級油電混合車之適用性分析與評估,分析結果顯示,以CHN4型和CVT2型能符合中高量級及高量級油電混合機車兩者之性能需求。
