觸控面板保護玻璃之邊緣加工與強化之研究

摘要


磨削是光學元件常用加工方法之一,因此一般光學元件表面或邊緣加工製程是利用磨削來獲得所需元件的表面與邊緣品質,而其邊緣品質對於強化強度又有相對關係。 本文主要探討以鑽石電鍍砂輪對光學玻璃進行磨削加工,其加工後邊緣缺陷品質對於強化製程強度的影響,其可應用於消費型電子產品,如:智慧型手機...等等。 研究中利用可控制的加工參數與承載治具設計以及鑽石砂輪設計,來達到磨削邊緣品質優化,經由磨削實驗數據分析與整理,發現邊緣表面品質缺陷隨進給量、與進給速度減少而改善,而隨鑽石砂輪粒徑變大而劣化,且邊緣品質與強化後強度測試成正比。

Grinding is a commonly used processing method for optical component, therefore, for general optical components, their surface and edge qualities are obtained through grinding process, and the edge quality has relative relationship to the enforcement of their strengths. This paper mainly studies the use of diamond-electroplating grinding wheel to make grinding processing on optical glass, and this paper also studies the influence of the processed edge defect quality on the reinforced process strength. It can be applied in consumer electronic products, for example, smart phone, etc. In some researches, controllable processing parameters, the carrying fixture design and diamond grinding wheel design are used to achieve quality optimization of the grinded edge. From the data analysis of grinding experiment, it was found that the edge surface quality will get improved along with feeding quantity and feeding speed, but it will get deteriorated along with increase of the granular size of the diamond grinding wheel, meanwhile, the edge quality shows a positive proportion to the reinforced strength test.
