自行車前內變速器之研究與開發

摘要


自行車的前內變速器機構之設計是否良好,影響了自行車的性能、舒適性以及安全性。目前自行車的前內變速器機構均採用齒輪箱式、行星齒輪式變速機構。齒輪箱式前內變速器機構常用在下坡車或越野自行車上,故設計之產品較為笨重;行星齒輪式前內變速機構則用在一般登山車、城市通勤車、折疊式自行車等,具有體積小、重量輕、構造簡單等優勢,符合近年來國內外發展的運動休閒風氣,使得前內變速器成為車廠研發之重點。 本研究之目的在於有系統的探討自行車前內變速器、變速控制機構之設計,在不改變車架五通軸的條件下,利用行星齒輪系進行包括整個機構創新設計、運動設計、齒型設計,以及雛形機工程設計。首先針對國內外之內變速器專利產品以及文獻進行分析,並歸納前內變速器之基本特性訂定相關設計需求。依據此設計需求對五、六桿行星齒輪機構之各個案例進行構造合成,最後從五、六桿行星齒輪機構之案例中,各挑選出構造簡單並符合設計需求之行星齒輪機構進行雛型機工程設計。

The characteristics of front gear hubs are the important factors to influence the property, comfortable and safe of bicycle. Until now, the front gear hubs are the gear boxes and the planetary gear mechanism. The gear box of front gear hub has the disadvantage of heavy weight, it’s only used on downhill bike or cross-country bike. The planetary gear train has the advantage of compact size, the light weight, and simple structure, it is used in the mountain bike, the city bike, the foldaway bike. And, the planetary gear train of front gear hub for bicycle will become more and more popular. In this paper, we propose a design methodology for the invention of front gear hub and the design of control device for bicycle. According to the design methodology without changing the design of bottom-bracket (五通) of frame, the invention design, kinematic design, gear tooth profile design,, and prototype manufacture of front gear hubs are finished by using the planetary gear trains.First, analyze the patents and literatures of the gear hubs and conclude the design requirement and constraints of front gear hubs. Based on the design requirement, the five bar and six bar planetary gear trains are synthesized. Then, according to the kinematic and strength requirements of front gear hubs, the tooth profile and tooth numbers of planetary gear trains are synthesized. Finally, the engineering drawing of front gear hubs with planetary gear trains are manufacture to verify the design theorem.
