在以往的研究裡,探討具有退化效應之相關文獻相當的多。主要是因為,在實際的生產排程裡,機器的效率會隨著使用時間的增加產生機器效率遞減的狀態,進而導致最大完工時間(makespan)的增加。因此,須藉由維修工作使其機器恢復至原始最佳狀態。但是,維修工作要在何時執行以及維修時間多久都是一大問題。然而,本研究跟以往的文獻不同之處在於,針對機器進行維修的位置與其維修的時間都不先給予固定數值,而是將其假設為可變動(Variable)數值來求解。因此,針對不同的單機排程問題,考慮其機器進行維修的位置與維修時間的長短,甚至其維修次數的多寡。故,本篇論文,欲探討的是具有工作獨立退化效應(job-independent aging effect)與彈性維修(flexible maintenance) 之單機排程問題,並且針對此問題,探討一次維修工作與兩次維修工作的目標函數最大完工時間(makespan)最小化。
In the past, there are many studies about aging effects in the literature. The main reason is that the efficiency of machines decreases over time in a real production system. Also, the phenomenon results in an increase of the makespan. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain machines to return them to their original states. However, when machines need to be maintained and how long they should be maintained are a great problem. In past studies, when to maintain machines and the time of maintenance are fixed. In this thesis, we consider that when to maintain machines and the time of maintenance are flexible. We study a single-machine scheduling problem with such a situation and the job-independent aging effect. The objective is to minimize the makespan.
