轉子式流體機械之設計分析

摘要


本文主要針對轉子式流體機械的內部變化來進行的研究與探討,首先利用轉子曲線的理論及算式來繪製出外齒輪泵浦以及三角轉子引擎腔體。再繪製出各個零件並組裝完成。並透過規劃的研究流程,找出外齒輪泵浦在不同的壓力角、背隙以及轉速之下,出入口的流率與流速,找出最適合外齒輪泵浦的設計條件。接著進行三角轉子引擎分析,以不同設計曲線下的不同壓縮比情況來設計轉子引擎,並在密封條設計上留有擬真的間隙,並探討三角轉子引擎在相同轉速之下,內部流場的壓力,流速與力矩的變化,最後帶入動力分析中探討流體力矩對應力的影響。此次研究將有助於未來設計與改良外齒輪泵浦和三角轉子引擎,可以有更佳的設計。

This paper focus on research and discussion the internal change of the rotor type fluid machinery, at first using rotor curves to construct the cavity of Gear pump and Rotary engine. Then draw and assemble the parts. Through further study to identify the mass flow rate and velocity of different pressure, back lash and speed of Gear pump, to find the better design parameters. Then analysis the Rotary engine, design Rotary engines by different Rotor curve and compression ratio, and leaving 0.15 mm for back lash between apex sealing and chamber, and investigate the change of pressure, velocity and moment by internal flow field, finally we research the influence of stress by moment. This research will improve design of Gear pump and Rotary engine, and better condition setting.
