一模四穴塑膠非球面鏡片成型之研究

摘要


由於塑膠射出成型時,材料的收縮與流道的平衡會造成非球面鏡片表面輪廓的變形,對品質的影響甚鉅,而本文針對高畫素手機鏡頭中塑膠鏡片的開發、製程,到量產進行研究。 實務上,鏡片形狀的差異對鏡頭光學成像品質有重大的影響,而且在多穴生產時,同一規格的鏡片在不同穴號的生產中,產品的互換性會影響到後續製程的工序,互換性不佳會使良率降低與成本增加。而在鏡片生產的過程中發現射出速度與保壓壓力,對於鏡片表面收縮變形與多穴流動平衡有較大的影響。因此本文著重在二穴試模測試後到四穴生產時,鏡片收縮變形與流動平衡之間的關係進行研究,並對某一鏡頭中的非球面鏡進行分析與探討,研究不同的射出參數對鏡片收縮變形與流動平衡的影響。最後根據實驗的結果總結出一個結論並提出未來的展望。

It is well-known that the silhouette of a plastic aspherical lens is delicately related to the plastic injection flow condition. For example, even a slight shrinkage of molten plastic (owing to some undesirable temperature variations), or a mere imbalance in the fluency of the material flow can all result in severe distortion in the output lenses. As a matter of fact, the lens shape practically determines the ultimate optical and image qualities to such an extent that the shape variations among a given type of lenses produced from parallel multiple injection cavities become a dominant cost factor. This work thus intends to address the R&D, manufacturing and mass production phases of the plastic injection process established for the making of lenses for high-pixel cameras to be equipped on the portable phones. In particular, two key issues are attacked, namely, under several pre-determined injection conditions the relationship between the plastic flow imbalance and the lens surface profile distortion. Finally, a conclusion will be drawn from conducted experiments, and based on this a new perspective will be offered.
