本研究使用3D繪圖軟體(Pro Engineer Wildfire 3.0版)繪製機車車體結構,再利用ANSYS有限元素分析軟體針對機車車體結構進行有限元素分析,其中包括動態、靜態、模態及碰撞分析四部份,在動態部分則是模擬機車行經一半正弦波路段,求出車體結構各部位之位移響應,模態分析則是求出其自然頻率,以了解車體結構在各頻率下之振動形式,靜態的部份則是模擬車體結構受力變形的情形,在碰撞分析的部分是模擬車體結構於靜止的狀態下,遭受動態物體的碰撞,並觀察其變形的程度,找出其應力較大的區域。由靜態及碰撞分析的結果,可以找出車體結構須加強之部份。 本研究成果為建立出一套機車車體結構分析之操作方法,並在此方法下,模擬出靜態、模態、動態及碰撞分析之結果,並探討其舒適性與結構強度,進而得到較佳的機車車體結構設計。
This 3D mapping software (Pro Engineer Wildfire 3.0 software) is used in this study to draw the motorcycle structure and the finite element analysis technique is employed to simulate the motorcycle structure by ANSYS software. This study includes four parts which are static analysis, modal analysis, dynamic analysis, and crash analysis. The dynamic analysis characteristics is to solve the displacement of a certain position of the motorcycle structure by letting the motorcycle passing through the sinusoidal wave highway section of half, the modal analysis is to solve the natural frequency and then to observe the vibration of the motorcycle structure. The static analysis is to analyze the deformation of the motorcycle structure under only external static force. The crash analysis is to keep still the motorcycle structure and then let it suddenly suffer a collision from a moving object. the motorcycle structure can be strengthened according to the static analysis and the crash analysis. The results of this study can be used to set up the working techniques on the analysis of the motorcycle structure and to estimate the comfortableness and strength of the structure according to the four parts of analysis, and then the optimal structure can be obtained.
