超音波輔助銑削加工之研究

摘要


本研究主要是利用振動銑削技術於中碳鋼(S45C)加工,而研究所採用的銑削振動裝置是利用超音波所產生的振動當作振動源,在傳統加工主軸上附加振動機構,利用振動之高頻率及微小振幅,可將切削力與時間的關係由正弦波轉換成脈波形式。利用超音波振動輔助切削技術可降低刀具磨耗,減少切削阻力,提高加工精度的效果。利用田口氏實驗設計法對切削力、表面粗糙度與刀腹磨耗做分析,對參數因子;銑削深度(mm)、銑削轉速(rpm)、平台進給率(mm/min)與振動頻率(K Hz)來進行實驗,找出振動加工的最佳參數的選擇。

In this study, a supersonic mechanism was adapted as a vibration source. Supersonic vibration was mounted on a traditional milling machine for carbon steel (S45C) milling. Produced high-frequency and small periodic amplitude characteristic, can be used in traditional cutting. The wave shape can be changed closely to a pulse wave from a sine wave in the relation between cutting rate and time. Cutting force can be reduced; the stability and machining accuracy can be improved in ultrasonic aided vibration system. Taguchi method was used to analyze the process parameter such as cutting force, surface roughness and flak wear. Factor such as mill depth (mm), milling speed (rpm), feed rate (mm/min), and vibration frequency (KHz) were checked in the experiments for an optimization process in vibration milling.
