本研究主要是以手機照相鏡頭為例,考慮鏡片的形狀、材料收縮等因素,配合射出成形實務,提出以模仁預補償的方法進行塑膠非球面鏡片輪廓誤差的補償,利用LabVIEW撰寫預補償程式,擬合出預補償的非球面修正係數,在射出成形之前先對模仁進行誤差量的補償。實驗結果預補償後可達到54~78%的改善效果,幾乎可達到僅剩來自於模仁加工誤差量的改善效果。 透過此研究至少可減少ㄧ次開發試模的程序,且從輪廓誤差較小的狀態開始進行射出成形實務的補償,可獲得更符合輪廓誤差精度的非球面鏡片,使鏡頭能達到最佳的成像品質。
This research is focused on how to get better form error of the cellar phone lens to reach the better image quality under the constrictions of the lens shape, shrinkage etc. by the pre-compensating program of LabVIEW that can fit the pre-compensating aspherical coefficient to compensate the core before the lens injection. The experiment result showed that 54%~78% improvement can be made by the pre-compensating method. Therefore, according to this research, at least one try process can be saved. Besides, from the smaller form error to make the practical form compensation, we can get the aspherical lens with the best image quality that can match the form error accuracy.
