電力系統經濟調度之新型擴充式霍普菲爾解法

A Novel Extended Hopfield Method for Economic Dispatch of Power Systems

摘要


在傳統霍普菲爾網路只能求解具有線性等式與不等式限制之二次式最佳化問題,所以在求解經濟調度問題時,燃料成本函數必須是線性或二次式的形式。但是,實際上機組的燃料成本函數往往更為複雜,因此這裡所要探討的經濟調度問題,其機組燃料成本函數是非單調遞增的。本文提出一種新型擴充式霍普菲爾類神經網路模型來求解經濟調度,在該類神經網路模型中將建構新的能量函數求解較複雜的經濟調度,該經濟調度是屬於存在等式與不等式限制的三次式、四次式甚至更複雜之最佳化問題;同時該擴充式網路模型不僅將輸電損失直接納入求解經濟調度問題的能量函數中,另外,也將環境污染因素一併考慮進來。此外,更值得一提的是本文已找出另一組函數項來取代原有霍普菲爾能量函數中的燃料成本函數項,並重新建構一個適用於霍普菲爾網路法的新能量函數,而該能量函數使得霍普菲爾網路法更有效率地解出經濟調度。最後並以幾個實際電力系統為例,應用新型擴充式網路法及創新的能量函數來求解經濟調度,將模擬結果與其他方法加以分析比較,可證實所提的新型擴充式霍普菲爾網路法及創新的能量函數能正確、有效且快速的求解經濟調度問題。

The traditional Hopfield neural networks (HNN) are only applied for the optimization with linear equality and inequality constraints. In most of economic dispatch (ED) models, the linear or quadratic cost function is used. However, it is often the case that the cost function of generators is much more complex. Hence the economic dispatch problem involved here has generating units with non-monotonically increasing incremental cost function. This thesis proposes a novel extended Hopfield model to solve economic dispatch of power systems. The economic dispatch is an optimization problem with equality and inequality constraints, which considers a third-order, fourth-order or more complex objection function. Furthermore, the proposed extended model not only incorporates directly power losses into the energy function but also considers the economic dispatch with environment constraint. Besides, we also find out a new function term to substitute the original fuel cost function term of energy function, such that a novel extended Hopfield neural network (NEHNN) with a new energy function is proposed to solve efficiently economic dispatch. Finally, simulation results of applying the proposed method to several practical examples are compare to that of conventional methods. The proposed method is correct, effective, rapid and new.
