塑膠射出成形機屬於油壓機械,其動力來源是由油壓系統產生,經由電機馬達帶動幫浦使油箱內的液壓油流動而產生動力,再經由油壓元件來引導此股力量輸往各作動點而產生機械動作。 本文研究之主要目的係針對塑膠射出成型機鎖模機構肘節軸心磨耗之研究,塑膠射出成型機於長時間生產運作,如未注意肘節機構潤滑的問題,則對肘節機構本身會有耗損的問題。 當肘節機構作動引導活動模板作鎖模動作時,會受到面壓影響,使肘節軸心受到磨損,故本文研究方向以實驗室實驗設備磨耗試驗機來做軸心的磨耗試驗,以不同的負荷和轉速搭配兩種油配方(中國石油R68齒輪油及二硫化鉬油脂)作磨耗實驗,進而得到不同的負荷和轉速實際磨耗量數據,來做為公司日後資料庫建檔的依據。
Plastic injection molding machine is one kind of hydraulic machine. Its power is generated by one hydraulic system. Electrical motors drive pumps to deliver hydraulic fluid in one tank to hydraulic elements, then the hydraulic elements guide the hydraulic fluid to action points of the machine, and finally the machine gets to work. This research is focused on the toggle axis abrasion of clamp structure of plastic injection molding machine. If one plastic injection molding machine runs for long time, and the lubrication of toggle structure is ignored, there will be one abrasion issue. When the toggle structure drives the movable plate to clamp, the surface pressure influences the toggle structure and makes the toggle axis to be abraded. The direction of the research is to do the axis abrasion experiments by the braser in the laboratory. To do the abrasion experiments by different loads, speed, and lubricants (R68 gear lubricant, Molybdenum Disulfide) gets different data according to which the database of our company can be created.
