魯氏泵浦之設計與分析模型發展

摘要


本文主要是針對魯氏泵浦的內部變化來進行的研究與探討,首先利用轉子曲線的理論及算式來繪製出魯氏轉子以及腔體。再來繪製出魯氏泵浦的各個零件並組裝完成。再透過我們規劃過後的研究流程,找出魯氏泵浦在不同的齒數以及轉速之下,內部所產生的溫度,再透過熱應力分析找出轉子在不同溫度之下的膨脹量,接著進行應力分析,找出魯氏泵浦在不同轉速之下所需要的轉子間較佳的間隙預留量。最後探討魯氏泵浦螺旋與非螺旋轉子在相同轉速之下,內部流場的壓力變化。此次研究將有助於未來想要設計與改良魯氏真空泵浦的人,可以參考的一份資料。

This article is mainly for internal changes Roots pump to carry out research and discussion, the first to use the rotor curve theory and formula to draw out and Roots rotor cavity. Roots pumping again draw out the various parts and assembled. Through our further study after planning process to identify Roots pump speed in a different number of teeth and under the temperatures generated within, and through the rotor thermal stress analysis to find the amount of expansion under the different temperatures, followed by stress analysis to identify the Roots pump at different speeds under the required clearance between the rotor better allowance. Finally, we discuss Roots pumping spiral and non-spiral rotor at the same speed under the pressure of the flow field changes. The study will help the future want to design and improvement of people Roots vacuum pump, you can refer to an information.
