袖管(Sleeve)運用裝置在光纖轉接器中,當光纖端頭(Ferrule)插入後,袖管與接頭會產生摩擦力使得光纖端頭固定住。而當袖管有品質不佳或者是加工誤差的情況時,使用上就會有許多問題。因此我們製作出一台機器用來檢測袖管的品質,稱為插拔力試驗機。 這台機器是以水平和垂直方式作測試。其凹槽在於袖管放置進去後做軸向固定,接著光纖端頭後端連接著load cell在作動時於軸向插入至袖管。本實驗可以經由load cell中的放大電路得知,光纖端頭在做插入以及拔出的動作受到多少力量。 然而在這台機器用於工業量化檢測之前,我們必須知道這台機器所量取的數據是否穩定,並找出是否有外在因素影響數據的可信度。

This machine is a horizontal and vertical mode for testing. Its groove that axially fixed into place after Sleeve, then Ferrule backend load cell is connected to the axial insert here when moving to Sleeve .This experiment can be enlarged via load cell circuit that, Ferrule doing insertion and extraction operation by how much force. However, in this machine for industrial quantitative determination before, we need to know whether this machine the amount of data stability and to find out whether there are external factors that affect the reliability of data.
