高亮度LED晝行燈散熱模組設計探討及應用

摘要


隨著電子科技及封裝技術的進步,高功率發光二極體已發展成一種節約能源的新環保固態光源(Solid-state Lighting,SSL),在未來的應用上,HB LED(High Bright Light Emitting Diode)更必須滿足造型多樣化、體積小與發光效率高等設計的需求概念。但事實上HB LED卻是一種高發熱的發光元件,數年來的解決之道大多是以金屬材質之散熱模組設計(如鋁、銅、銀及合金…等產品)來做為傳導式的散熱元件,目前應用的技術大致上可分為自然對流與強制對流兩種方式;從產品的成本及未來節能環保的永續發展考量下,本文將以自然對流系統作為主要的設計探討方向,針對如何有效地將HB LED晶片所產生的熱量,快速地自系統中移除來進行研究探討,以熱傳導係數較高的金屬材質組合PCB(Printed Circuit Board)電路板,來改善PCB模組整體熱傳效率為目的,並以ANSYS進行本文所設計的散熱模組之數值模擬分析,再與實驗量測結果相互作比較,以驗證本文所設計之散熱模組之可行性。

As electronic technology and packaging technology , high-power light-emitting diode has developed an energy saving and environmental protection of new solid-state light source (Solid-state Lighting, SSL), in future applications , HB LED (High Bright Light Emitting Diode ) must meet more diverse shapes , small volume and high luminous efficiency concept design requirements . But the fact HB LED is a high- heat -emitting element , the past few years mostly in the solution of the thermal module design metal ( such as aluminum , copper , silver and gold ... etc. ) do for the conduction of heat components, the current application of technology can be broadly divided into natural convection and forced convection in two ways ; from the cost of the product and the future sustainable development of energy saving considerations , this article will be natural convection system as the main direction of the design study for how effectively HB LED chip heat generated quickly removed from the system to conduct research study to higher thermal conductivity of the metal material combinations PCB circuit board, PCB modules to improve the overall efficiency of heat transfer for the purpose of , and this article is designed to conduct ANSYS thermal simulation analysis module , and then with the experimental measurements for comparison with each other , in order to validate that the design of the thermal module feasibility .
