本論文除結合過去伺服控制及CCD影像對位之技術,並進而融入雙控制系統之概念,以可程式控制器(Programmable Logical Controller PLC)作動作流程之控制,除了能簡化個人電腦(Personal Computer, PC)之程式繁瑣度外,亦增加此控制系統對工業級配備之相容性。本雙控制系統中PLC-based系統與PC-based系統間以數位訊號作連結,PC-based系統主要控制觸控螢幕(Touch Panel, TP)料件之移動,其中包括雙軸伺服及氣壓閥控制,並外接人機介面作訊號顯示及參數改正而PLC-based系統則係處理TP之影像對位,其控制XXY三軸共平面平台,平台帶動固定其上之檢測電路模組與TP作樣板比對。試驗結果顯示以樣版比對(template matching)之影像辨識技術,本系統對位次數在1次內完成,時間在1秒以下,誤差值在20?m左右。
This paper not only combined servo control and CCD image recognition technique but also the concept of dual control system. The control of action process executing by Programmable Logical Controller (Programmable Logical Controller, PLC) can simplify Personal Computer’s (Personal Computer, PC) complicated program. The compatibility of industrial equipment can be enhanced with this control system. PLC-based system and PC-based system linked through digital signal in this dual control system. PC-based system mainly controlled the movement of Touch Panel (Touch Panel, TP) materials including the dual-axis servo and pneumatic valve control. The external human-computer interface is used for signal display and parameter correction. PLC-based system managed the image recognition of TP for controlling XXY coplanar platform, and fixed detection circuit module was driven by platform and compared with TP. The experimental results showed that image recognition technique after template matching can complete the positioning within one time, one second, and the error value is about 20μm.
