科技化評量網站之使用行為分析─以彰化縣國小補救教學教師為例

摘要


教育是國家經濟社會發展的重要投資,國教署所建立的補救教學資源平臺,放置補救教學教材,提供現場教師下載使用。建置補救教學科技化評量網站是期望透過評量系統,瞭解學生不足之學習範圍與內容,讓授課教師可以進行有效教學。因此經過長期比較,可以管控全國的補救教學成效。 本研究採用量化研究,以「彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師對科技化評量網站之使用行為分析研究調查問卷」做為研究工具,透過科技接受模式以及資訊系統成功模式這兩種模式的概念,來探討彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師對科技化評量網站系統的認知有用性、認知易用性、系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質及使用意願。最後根據研究提出以下結論,以提供教育行政機關、學校機關以及後續研究者作為參考。 1. 彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師普遍認同「科技化評量網站」並願意繼續使用。 2. 彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師對「科技化評量網站」的認知有用性、認知易用性會影響系統使用意願,符合科技接受模式理論。 3. 彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師對「科技化評量網站」的系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質,會影響系統使用意願,符合資訊系統成功模式理論。 4. 依據本研究分析結果指出,彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師對「科技化評量網站」的認知有用性、認知易用性,呈現高度正相關。 5. 依據本研究分析結果指出,彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師對「科技化評量網站」的系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質,呈現中度正相關。 6. 不同學校規模的彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師,對網站的認知易用性、系統品質及服務品質上有顯著差異。 7. 不同授課科目之彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師,對網站的服務品質上有顯著差異。 8. 擔任不同職務之彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師,對網站的服務品質上有顯著差異。 9. 不同系統使用頻率的彰化縣國小補救教學授課教師,對網站的認知有用性和認知易用性有顯著差異。

Education is the important investment for country's economic and social development . K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education established the 「PRIORI Website」, and put the remedial instruction materials for on-site teachers to download and use. Through the evaluation system “ PRIORI-tbt Website “is expected to understand the lack of students learning range and content, and thus to achieve effective teaching. In the long run, the effectiveness of the national remedial instruction can be successfully monitored. This research is based on quantitative study. Questionnaire designed in this thesis is employed as the researching tool, through the concept of the Technology Acceptance Model and the Information Systems Success Model, to discuss the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, system quality, information quality, service quality and the willingness to uses of “ PRIORI-tbt Website “ by Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers. The conclusion of this study will be provided to the educational administration, school authorities and subsequent researchers for future reference. 1. The Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers generally agree with “ PRIORI-tbt Website “ and are willing to continue using the website. 2. The perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use of the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers towards “ PRIORI-tbt Website “ affect the willingness to use this website, which conforms to the Technology Acceptance Model Theory. 3.The system quality, information quality, service quality of the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers towards “ PRIORI-tbt Website “affect the willingness to use this website, which conforms to the Information Systems Success Model Theory. 4. According to the analysis results of this study, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use for the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers towards “ PRIORI-tbt Website “ are highly correlated. 5. According to the analysis results of this study, the system quality, information quality and service quality for the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers towards「PRIORI-tbt Website」 are moderately correlated. 6. With respect to different school size, the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers show significant differences towards website in the perceived ease of use, system quality and service quality. 7. With respect to different courses, the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers show significant differences towards website in the service quality. 8. With respect to different positions, the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers show significant differences towards website in the service quality. 9. With respect to frequency of usage, the Changhua County elementary school remedial instruction teachers show significant differences towards website in the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.
