白色高分子發光二極體摻雜技術之研究

摘要


本研究先行使用旋轉塗佈的方式製作高分子藍色發光二極體元件,以B255為藍色發光層,此材料為正在開發的n-type藍色螢光材料,在簡單結構ITO/PEDOT/B255/LiF/Al中,電流效率可達0.013cd/A,最高發光亮度為45cd/m2,加入了電洞傳輸層PVK和電子傳輸層Alq3,其結構為ITO/PEDOT/PVK/b255/Alq3/LiF/Al,元件的最高電流效率可優化到0.3cd/A,最高發光亮度為900cd/m2,CIE色座標為(0.19,0.18),在完成高分子藍色發光二極體元件最佳化之後,再以B255為主發光體材料並加入了黃色磷光摻雜材料EPY01,製作單發光層高分子白色發光二極體元件,其結構為ITO/PEDOT/PVK/b255:EPY01/Alq3/LiF/Al,最高發光亮度可達770cd/m2,並且CIE色座標可達到(0.32,0.34),之後替換了黃色摻雜磷光材料,以磷光材料PO-01當作黃色摻雜製作高分子白色發光二極體元件,最高發光亮度可達762cd/m2,CIE色座標可達到(0.32,0.33),相當接近於全白光(0.33,0.33)。

First, to make the blue polymer light emitting diode, used the B255 as blue light emitting layer to make , N-type blue fluorescent material, The simple structure is ITO/PEDOT/B255/ LiF/Al, The maximum current efficiency of the device is 0.013cd/A, The maximum luminance was 45cd/m2, After adding hole transport layer PVK and an electron transport layer Alq3, and decreasing the concentration of B255 solvent, because the drive voltage is too large, and when the concentration of B255 doping toluene is reducing the driving voltage significantly reduced, The blue light emitting polymer diode structure to ITO/PEDOT/PVK /B255/Alq3/LiF/Al, the maximum emission luminance as improved to 900cd / m2, CIE coordinates is (0.19,0.18), after completing the optimization of the blue polymer light-emitting diode device to fabricate single layer white polymer light-emitting diode , B255 was used as the host and yellow phosphorescent dye EPY01 was used as guest dopant, The structure was ITO/PEDOT/PVK/B255: EPY01/Alq3/LiF/Al, The highest current efficiency of the device could be to 0.47cd/A, The maximum luminous brightness was 770 cd/m2, and CIE color coordinates can be achieved (0.32,0.34). After this, Yellow phosphorescent dopant material PO-01 was replaced to prepare white light emitting diode device, CIE coordinates could be achieved in (0.32,0.33), very close to full white coordinates (0.33, 0.33).
