相機模組之紫外線硬化樹脂開發技術

摘要


摘 要 UV樹脂具有許多功能:單液不需混合、不需加熱且固化速度快、生產效率高等特點,能有效提高製程效率及降低能源消耗,因此造成UV樹脂廣受產業界的歡迎。目前紫外線硬化樹脂膠的應用,不僅在於需要快速裝配的高科技電子業、光電業等,也受到醫療業、工藝業等傳產業的青睞。 近年來並研發出結合UV + 加熱固化樹脂(UV EPOXY)、UV + 缺氧固化樹脂及UV + 濕氣固化樹脂(UV SILICONE)等雙重固化功能的產品,提供更全面運用。 在相機模組(CCM)生產過程中,利用EU-541、EU-659F UV樹脂在透鏡套件(Lens)中做堆疊接合膠使用,其高折射、高接著力、耐熱性、耐候性,使Lens堆疊更完善。EU-847H 用UV樹脂於Lens與濾紅外線玻璃(IR Glass接著,其高接著力、可視光硬化(430nm)可確保產品穩定及不會產生腐蝕。IR Glass)與固定座(Holder)接著則選用高接著性的EU-705及EU-705D UV樹脂。EU-847HUV樹脂其高接著力、可視光硬化(430nm),不僅穩定性提高也提高生產線的效率,更是完美。EU-705及EU-705D UV樹脂的高接著性也可運用於Lens的螺紋固定。接著使用EU-594E UV + 加熱硬化樹脂將Holder與軟性電路板膠片(FPC Film)接著固定,EU-594E可先經UV照射後,將溢膠部份先固定,再加熱使其完成固化,符合自動化生產製程,提高生產線的效率;再將EU-847T應用在氣孔密封,EU-847T為黑色UV樹脂,不須加熱。 CCM製作完成後,將進行高溫試驗、壓力鍋(P.C.T)試驗、高低溫循環、高溫高濕試驗、冷熱衝擊驗等確認其品質。

Abstract The UV Resin is widely accepted for reasons like single solution not needed to be compounded and fast curing speed without being heated. It can help promote the efficiency as well as reduce the energy consumption of the manufacturing process. Currently, the demand for UV Curable Resin Adhesive comes not only from high-tech industries in need of fast assembly, such as electronic or optoelectronic industry, but also from traditional industries like medical devices industry and artware industry. Recently, products with dual-curable features have been studied and developed and have extended the application of resin adhesive, for example, UV+Heat Curable Resin (UV Epoxy), UV+Anaerobically Curable Resin and UV+Moisture Curable Resin (UV Silicone). During the manufacture of the Compact Cameral Module (CCM), UV Resins EU-541 and EU-659F are used as adhesive for the lens stack. The characteristics of these resins, such as high refractive index, strong adhesion, outstanding heat resistance and weather resistance, are ideal for the making of the lens stack. In addition, UV Resin EU-847H is used to bind the lens with the Infrared Glass (IR Glass). The strong adhesion provided by and the visible light (430nm) curable feature of EU-847H can ensure that the product is stable and cannot be easily corroded, in the meantime, the efficiency of the production is also guaranteed. The binding of the IR Glass with the holder is achieved by using the highly adhesive UV Resins EU-705 and EU-705D, these two are also favorable as the lens’ thread-lock sealant. Later, the holder is bound with the Flexible Printed Circuit Film (FPC Film) using UV+Heat Curable Resin EU-594E. During the process, EU-594E is first irradiated with UV to cure the bleeding adhesive, then it is heated to complete the entire curing treatment. The process is generally automatic and can help realize an efficient production. As for the pore sealing, UV Resin EU-847T is used. EU-847T is a UV Resin in black color and can be used without being heated. After the CCM has been manufactured, it is subject to Pressure Cooker Test (PCT), Temperature Cycling Test, Damp Heat Test and Thermal Shock Test to verify its quality.
