不同光源之光學同調斷層掃描訊號量測

摘要


光學同調斷層掃描(Optical coherence tomography;OCT)是一種利用光的干涉原理,對光學信號獲取與處理的方式,具備了非侵入式、高解析度和高靈敏度的特性,通常採用近紅外光進行量測。 在本論文中對光學同調斷層掃描的架構,是以麥克森干涉儀為基礎。在相同的架構下,針對不同波長的光源,對樣品進行量測與比較,藉以得知不同光源波長在量測樣品上的準確度,進而幫助在量測樣品時光源波長上的選擇。

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is an optical signal acquisition and processing method, with characteristics of a non-invasive, high-resolution and high sensitivity. Usually near infrared light measurements. In the study, the OCT system is based Michelson interferometer architecture. The different optical sources are used to the OCT system. Also, we compare the measured results with different optical source and the same sample. According to the obtained results, we can decide the best optical source in the OCT system.
