鋰離子二次單電池品質安全試驗之探討

摘要


近年來,科技發展迅速,所使用的電子產品都需要輕巧可攜帶的要求,而長時間的使用時間也成為必須的功能,鋰離子二次電池的出現就變的非常重要,鋰電池的優點是高電壓、能量密度高、自放電小、低內阻。 目前鋰電池最大的爭議點在於穩定的安全性,其問題主要來自電池內部溫度升高,電池不當加熱、過度充電、電池受外部壓力等 。 本研究要以市售的鋰離子二次鋰鈷及鋰錳電池(Cell)為主要的研究對象, 在實驗研究中會利用外短測試、過充溫度測試、加熱測試、釘刺測試、撞擊測試、墜落測試、溫度衝擊測試、燒射測試等各種安全試驗並配合IEC62133及UL1642規範中所得到安全試驗的結果,不論是在方型鋰鈷電池或是圓型鋰錳電池的結構上,當各項鋰電池安全試驗的結果都會有助於鋰電池市場的競爭與鋰電池品質的提昇,更能有效地提升其電池能量強度。

In recent years, The technological progress is rapid , Uses the electronic products need the dexterous portable request,But the long time's period of revolution also becomes must function,The lithium ion secondary battery's appearance changes is important,Lithium battery's merit is the high voltage, the energy density is high, the self-discharge is small, low internal resistance. At present the lithium battery biggest bone of contention lies in the stable security The question mainly comes from battery interior temperature increment, the battery not, when heats up, the overcharging, the battery the external pressure and so on. This research should commercially available lithium ion secondary LiCoO2and LiMnO2 battery (Cell) as the main object of study, In the experimental study will make use of external short Circuit Test Overcharge Test、Heating Test 、Nail Penetration Test、impact Test、drop Test、Temperature shock Test and so on Each Kinds of safety tests to verify and Compare the data of tests with the results of IEC62133 and UL1642, each of these tests could help the competition of lithium ion battery markets and increase the qualities and energy intensity of lithium ion batteries.
