基於模糊理論的螞蟻演算法之遠端醫療病患疾病判別系統

摘要


一個準確的病症判斷系統是遠距離健康照護中最重要的一個環節,能夠準確得知患者的病症狀況才能做出相對應的措施。 在本篇論文中參考兩種演算法做為系統運算準則,分別是模糊演算法及螞蟻系統演算法。由於患者的病症數據如果使用過於明確的數字分類,會造成某些邊緣患者被系統剃除,因此使用模糊演算法的特性先做一次分類,以供後續運算使用。 螞蟻演算法的特色在於費洛蒙法則,藉由費洛蒙的強弱決定方向。一般多應用於解決組合優化(Combinatorial Optimization)問題。本篇論文利用螞蟻系統(Ant System, AS)其可訓練、能自我判斷的特性,對患者病症分類做選擇的動作。本篇論文所使用的螞蟻演算法為最大-最小螞蟻演算法(Max-Min Ant System),因為在歸類患者病症數據時,患者健康參數一定會有最大值和最小值,便可設之為螞蟻費洛蒙範圍,供系統對病症分類做選擇。 本篇論文之研究方向是將上述兩種演算法與健康照護系統結合,提出一種能節省醫生人力及時間成本的演算法系統。同時對演算法系統會產生的問題提出改進的辦法。 關鍵詞:模糊算法; 蟻群算法; 最大-最小螞蟻演算法; 費洛蒙; 健康照護。

An accurate diseases judgment system is the most important aspect of long-distance health care to know the status of the patient's illness. In this paper, two algorithms, the fuzzy algorithm and ant system algorithm, are considered. Since most situations of the patients cannot be classified by dichotomy, in this paper, the characteristics of fuzzy algorithm can be followed. In addition to fuzzy algorithm, pheromone rule is a key feature of Ant System to decided the direction by the strength of pheromones. It more to used on solve Combinatorial Optimization's problem. According to ant system, the proposed system can determine the possible disease which attacks the patients. To classify patients according to the disease data, the factors of health will be set the maximum and minimum values as ant pheromones range for the system. The contributions of this paper are 1) to integrate fuzzy algorithm and ant system based on the values of patients’ health parameters; 2) to save human resource and time cost of the algorithm health care system.
