本論文之目的在於瞭解就讀科技大學理工學院學生對於專利權的認知及態度之現況,並探討不同背景的受試者在專利權認知及態度差異情形。為達研究目的,採問卷調查法,以自編「專利權認知調查問卷」、「專利權態度調查問卷」進行調查,並採隨機抽樣,研究母體為國立虎尾科技大學共取得245份有效樣本,應用SPSS進行描述性統計,獨特樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析等相關統計。經資料研究分析結果發現,該校理工學院學生對於「專利權特性」及「專利權限制」的認知偏低,故有待提昇;而在「專利權態度」方面偏正向,顯示學生對專利權有良好的學習意願及生涯發展規劃,故此部分可持續加強。本論文提出幾點建議供相關單位參考:同儕間彼此鼓勵學習、重視專利權實務發展及教育推展與實施,以利後續推廣專利教育。
The purpose of this study was to understand the current situations and difference to perception and attitude of patent rights for college of science and engineering students. In order to achieve the research purposes, this study adopted the survey method to design the “questionnaire of perception of patent rights” and the “questionnaire of attitude of patent rights”. We used the random sampling to obtain 245 valid samples at National Formosa University and analyzed the samples by SPAA statistical approaches including descriptive statistics analysis, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions of the research results were as follows: The students scored low marks on the “patent rights properties” and the “patent rights restrictions”. Therefore, the perception of patent rights needs to improve. The attitude of patent rights for the students tends to be positive and to be strengthened. In other words, they have a great sense of learning and desire for career planning. Finally, the findings will be further discussed accordingly and concrete proposals will be provided as references for related institutes. First, it is need to encourage students to learn from each other, Secondly, emphasize the practical development of patent rights and education.
