參與網路社群對教師專業發展之影響-以國小教師為例

摘要


為因應教育環境之變化,教師專業發展是時勢所趨,而拜網路科技進步之賜,網路社群的彈性與多元,方便教師之間分享教學經驗與觀點、教學資源共享及情感交流。因此,網路社群成為教師們自主學習的最佳管道,能增進教師專業發展,進而提升學生學習成效。本研究以期望確認理論為基礎建立研究架構,結合「求知興趣」及「社會影響」兩個構面,以瞭解國小教師參與網路社群之現況,並探討國小教師參與網路社群對教師專業發展之影響。本研究採用網路問卷進行調查,研究對象為參與溫老師備課Party網路社群的國小教師,樣本數為110份,採用SmartPLS 3.0統計軟體作為進行資料分析的工具,用以衡量研究所提出之潛在構面的信度、效度分析及驗證本研究之模型,根據本研究結果得到結論包含:(1)確認程度對參與網路社群的知覺有用與滿意度具正向顯著影響;(2)知覺有用、滿意度、求知興趣對網路社群的持續使用意願具正向顯著影響;(3)社會影響對網路社群的持續使用意願無顯著差異;以及(4)溫老師備課Party國小教師會員認為持續參與網路社群對其教師專業發展是有幫助的。研究結果將作為未來研究網路學習社群之參考,在實務上,也可成為鼓勵教育界同仁進行專業發展時之依據。

In response to changes in the educational environment, teachers' professional development is a trend. The internet community is the best way for teachers to learn autonomously, it can improve the professional development of teachers and enhance the effectiveness of student learning. Based on the expectation confirmation theory, an integrated research model including two important factors (interest and social influence) was conducted to explore user satisfaction and user continuance intention towards the internet community and their subsequent variable, teachers’ professional development. The study is conducted by means of an on-line questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was then posted on the internet community and all the members of the internet community were invited to respond to the questionnaire. In the end, a total of 110 valid questionnaires were collected. Collected data were analyzed by using the Partial least squares method to examine all research hypotheses. The results showed the following relationships among constructs in the research model. (1)The confirmation has a significant influence on the perceived usefulness and satisfaction of participating in the internet community. (2)Perceived usefulness, satisfaction and interest have significant influences for the continuance intention towards the internet community. (3)The continuance intention of the members to join the internet community shows no significant variation on SI. (4)The elementary school teachers think it is benefited to teachers’ professional development to participate in the internet community. Finally, based on the research findings, this study proposes conclusions and suggestions for the related organizations and the follow-up research.
