CNC雷射加工機之設計與實作

摘要


本文旨在探討以DCOR設計鏈為基礎之CNC雷射加工機設計研發,參考DCOR設計鏈研發流程實際進行CNC雷射加工機之研發,包含機械系統架構設計與組裝測試,不僅強化設計的機台機構與控制器(FANUC)和雷射發振器之整合組裝,最後並實際切割測試。在性能測試中考慮切割的鋼鈑、鈑件材質、厚度、使用的氣體還有雷射的功率能量、以及雷射噴嘴直徑等等的搭配 ,應用實驗配置在眾多條件下切割出完美的加工孔狀物。總之,CNC雷射加工機可用於鈑金件孔狀加工上,不僅可以克服傳統工具機在切割成型上所受的模具幾何形狀限制,且可以加快鈑金件加工速度,提升產能和生產效率。

The laser cutting has proven to be the quality cutting process for almost any category of materials with few limitations. In paper, a high performance CNC laser cutting machine tool based on Design Chain Operations Reference (DCOR) Model is developed, and the discussion of components of CNC laser cutting machine tool and key points of design process is emphasized in specially. The multiple quality characteristics may be improved by controlling the process parameters at high level. Performance of multi-hole cutting of metal sheet is studied and several key parameters are given by changing assistant gas and process parameters. As a result, the experimental results show that high cutting quality can be obtained when argon is used as assistant gas, and oxygen is on the contrary. Also, in a certain range, improving laser power and cutting speed can help in decreasing laser cutting gap, reduction heat affected area, and achieving better cutting quality.
