立式CNC工具機之電腦輔助工程設計與動力學分析

摘要


摘 要 工具機產業為我國近年來在電子產業之外致力發展與推動的產業之一,向來視為機械之母,其應用相當廣泛,本論文主要以立式CNC工具機作為分析機型,討論主要元件彈性化於剛體與彈性體耦合加工時的傳動機構與承載主結構的彈性振動變形對估算各種力量的動態影響,以ANSYS有限元素法分析探討其共振頻率、阻尼與模態振型,並透過動態分析軟體RecurDyn從事剛柔耦合分析,使用RecurDyn中的設定方式使其更接近真實工具機的運作情況,在仿真的情況下模擬工具機在移動時所產生振動對於彈性件的動態影響與接觸力,並探討彈性件移動時的接觸應力是否接近於實際狀況,RecurDyn接觸設定是將接觸碰撞模型等效為一個彈簧阻尼系統,設定其接觸剛性值與阻尼值等來模擬接觸狀況,影響接觸數值的狀況有很多,是否符合實際數據是有待於日後進一步去實驗驗證。

Abstract Except the electronics industry, the machine tool industry is committed to the development and promotion of our country in recent years. Machine tool has always been regarded as the mother of machinery. Its application is quite extensive. This study used Vertical CNC machine tools as an analytical model to discuss the main components of flexible elastic deformation vibration transmission mechanism and the main structure of the rigid bearing and elastomeric coupling machining estimate dynamic impact forces to perform ANSYS finite element analysis to investigate the frequency, damping and mode shapes. Using dynamic analysis software RecurDyn engaged rigid ad flexible coupling analysis to bring it closer to the real operation of machine tools. This investigation also associated with the contact force for the dynamic effects generated by the elastic member to explore contact stress. RecurDyn built the contact collision model. It is equivalent to a spring-damper system with different contact stiffness and damping values, etc. In order to simulate the contact condition that affects the value of the condition is consistent with the actual data, it is necessary to be verified in future experiments.
