BP觀點下，企業e化之最佳路徑

摘要

面對數位經濟時代的來臨，對於企業e化多數學者與顧問提出各項研究成果與經驗報告，但因企業e化層面與系統甚為龐雜，致使企業在e化過程中，充滿壓力與失敗的可能性。究其原因，除企業對其內外部需求與自身功能的不了解外，企業流程、整體策略、目標與階段業務的系統性規劃之不足，更是真正的核心問題。
為此，本研究以企業流程(Business Process, BP)觀點及PDCA管理循環為基礎，透過文獻回顧彙整企業流程再造與企業推動e化之各項重要構面、類別與項目。並在多家企業IT部門主管與專家意見下，運用敘述性統計(Descriptive Analysis)與因素分析法來彙整項目與建立構面，並以焦點團體訪談(Focus Group Interviews)與德爾菲法(Delphi method)等訪談技術，來確認其必要性、因果關係、權責歸屬與各項目之重要程度。最後，彙整研究結果提出企業e化之最佳路徑地圖。
為確認研究成果之價值與可行性，本研究邀請一家企業合作並進行觀察。結果顯示，配合本研究之路徑地圖推動e化，可改善個案公司之企業流程，提升企業總體e化效益，使用者滿意度也大幅度提升16.6。據此可發現，本研究之最佳路徑地圖，不僅具有改善企業流程之效益，更能引導企業推動e化之作用，以增進企業成功推動e化之可能性。

Faced with the digital economy era, the almost of scholars and business consultants to the e-business report of research results and experience, but with the level of e-business and system are complicated, so that enterprises in the process of e-business full of pressure and the possibility of failure. The reason, in addition to internal and external business needs and do not understand their own capabilities, the overall strategy, objectives, business processes and phases of the systemic lack of planning, is the main core of the matter.
Accordingly, this research based on business processes (BP) perspective and the PDCA management cycle, through literature review to understand the important items of e-business. And it also advised by the managers of IT departments and experts, using the Focus Group Interviews, Delphi Method and Descriptive Analysis, to ensure the four parts -- necessity, causal relationship, division of responsibilities and responsibilities of each items, and to make sure that every item proposed here is the most important. Finally, we propose the research conclusion using the methods conducted previous and introduce the implementation map of e-business’s best route.
In order to confirm the research results the value and the feasibility. This research had cooperation and observation with one enterprise. The result showed that, completely coordinates the map enterprise, and has improved business process of cooperation and increased the overall effectiveness of e- business and user satisfaction also improved significantly by 16.6. According to the detectable, the map of best route of this research, not only improve the effectiveness of business process and better guide enterprises to promote the route of e-business, so as to enhance e-business success to promote the possibility.
