十二週休閒運動介入對國小二年級學童健康體適能之探討─以雲林縣大埤國小為例

摘要


本研究目的在探討參與休閒運動對國小學童健康體適能之效益。以雲林縣大埤國民小學二年級學生為研究對象,分別為實驗組與控制組。實驗組和控制組均為二十人,實驗組進行為期十二週,每週三次,每次三十分鐘的休閒運動,對照組維持原來生活作息。實驗前受試者填寫同意書及健康狀況調查表,並於訓練前後均參加體適能前測和後測,測驗項目包括:身體質量指數、坐姿體前彎、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、八百公尺跑走。以獨立樣本t檢定檢驗兩組的同質性及訓練後兩組間的差異情形;以相依樣本t檢定檢驗前、後測的差異情形,顯著水準定為α=.05。實驗所得資料,以SPSS for Windoorws 17.0 版套裝軟體,進行各項統計分析,經資料處理與結果分析討論後,獲得下列研究發現: 一、實驗組與控制組後測比較結果,在屈膝仰臥起坐、八百公尺跑走及立定跳遠方面,達到顯著水準(p≦.05);在身體質量指數及坐姿體前彎方面,未達到顯著水準(p>.05)。 二、實驗組前、後測之比較結果,在坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐、八百公尺跑走及立定跳遠方面,達到顯著水準(p≦.05);在身體質量指數方面,未達到顯著水準(p>.05)。。 三、控制組前、後測之比較結果,在立定跳遠方面,達到顯著水準(p≦.05);在身體質量指數、坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐及八百公尺跑走,未達到顯著水準(p>.05)。 最後,根據本研究主要發現提出建議,以供相關單位人員在教育及學術研究上做為參考。

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of recreational sport on health-related physical fitness for the second grade elementary students. Taking the second graders of Yunlin county Dapi elementary school as the research object. Subjects were assigned into experiment (n = 20) and control (n = 20) groups. Proceeding 12 weeks of 30 minutes, 3 times weekly of recreational sport instruction in experiment group,, in contrast, children in control group keep usual lifestyle . Before this project, members filled a letter of authorization and a health condition form. In addition, they took an examination of physical fitness including body mass index, sit and reach, one-minute sit-up, 800-meter run, and long jump before and after this project. Independent-samples t test was used to verify the homogeneity of the two groups and the post-experiment differences between them; paired-samples t test was used to verify the variations before and after the experiment; with the statistical significance as α=.05. The data which we obtain from the experiment were analyzed by SPSS for Windows version 17.0. Carry on every statistical analysis, after dealt with and analysed and discussed with the result by the materials,win the following findings: 1. Experiment group and control group after examining the comparative result, which reach the prominent level of showing in aspect of one-minute sit-up, 800-meter run, and long jump (p≦.05). Have not reached the prominent level of showing in aspect of body mass index, and sit and reach (p>.05). 2. Experiment group, comparative result that examine in front of and after the group, which reach the prominent level of showing in aspect of sit and reach, one-minute sit-up, 800-meter run, and long jump (p≦.05). Have not reached the prominent level of showing in aspect of body mass index (p>.05). 3. Control group, comparative result that examine in front of and after the group, which reach the prominent level of showing in aspect of long jump (p≦.05). Have not reached the prominent level of showing in aspect of body mass index, sit and reach, one-minute sit-up, 800-meter run (p>.05). Finally, some suggestions were proposed for teachers, relative educational institutions, parents and further study.
