近年來, 政府為因應國內外經濟情勢的變化及金融環境的發展,金融控股公司為發揮綜合經營效益,與強調一次購足 ( one-stop shopping ),從業人員需經營原有之業務外,另需銷售其他金融商品,從業人員面臨生態的巨大改變,倘若要永續經營發展,更該重視金融保險從業人員之專業素養之提升。因應激烈的金融環境競爭,加深產品深度與廣度的認識並取得專業證照,更是提升個人自信、專業度的依據。 本研究主要係以問卷調查方式,針對我國金融壽險業對專業證照制度在工作上之認知與需求之看法。研究顯示不同機構屬性之從業人員對專業證照之工作需求及專業證照認知呈現有無顯著差異。
In recent years, the government is responding changes in the domestic and international economic situation, financial environment, comprehensive operational efficiency of the financial holding company, and an emphasis on one-stop shopping to lead practitioners who need to operate the existing business and sell other financial instruments. Practitioners are facing huge changes. The professionalism of finance and insurance practitioners need to enhance for sustainable development. In response to severe financial environment and competition, obtaining professional licenses presents the individual professionalism and understanding of financial products. In this study, adopt questionnaire method to investigate cognition of Professional Certification System essential for financial andLife Insurance Industries Taiwan. Studies show significant difference analysis between professional certification requirement and cognition for different institutional practitioners.
