熱交換技術之台灣染整產業節能減碳效益評估

摘要


染整產業和其他重工業、化工業相比較下是我國較具競爭力的產業,但近年重油價格持續飆升,而重油耗用的成本又占染整廠總成本逾35%,導致染整業經營面臨虧損窘境,這也使得環保染整的節能生產技術對染整業有強烈的急迫性與重要性。   本文主要是針對熱交換器之整體演進,以及目前市售上之熱交換器種類、功用與規格進行介紹,並整合工業界裡的熱交換器應用技術與利用機構設計、熱流等力學原理為基礎,套用至染整廠鍋爐、定型機及染色機等設備中,建立廢熱能源回收的熱交換器應用技術,有效利用廠區鍋爐、定型機及染色機台所排放出來的廢熱氣與廢熱水,達到有效的節能減碳應用。   本文同時也透過實際案例應用所獲得之效益與結論,對整體染整產業進行計算評估,並預期整體染整產業於節能改善後,每年可以有效減少約13.9萬噸/年的重油使用量與690萬噸/年的廢水排放量,另外產業CO2排放量亦可同時減少約41萬噸/年,並間接減少整體產業約NT 27.7億元/年的生產成本支出。同時,根據聯合國環境規劃署(UNEP )所公告的固碳量換算標準,將上述工程改善後的整體產業CO2排放量進行換算,相當於是種植3,410萬株樹的固碳量;如果換算成大安森林公園表示,亦相當相當於造林790座大安森林公園。

Compared with other heavy industries and chemical industries, the dyeing industry is a more competitive industry of Taiwan. However the price of heavy oil continues to rise while the cost of heavy oil consumption accounts for over 35% of the total costs in dyeing and finishing plants, which eventually leads the dyeing and finishing industry to face business dilemma in loss. Such situation also urges for strong urgency and importance in the energy-saving production technology of green dyeing and finishing among the industries.   The paper aims to introduce the comprehensive evolution of heat exchanger as well as the various types, functions and specifications of heat exchangers available in the market. The study also integrates the application technology of heat exchanger from the industries with the principles of mechanics in mechanism design and heat flow. By applying such integration to the boilers, setting machines and dyeing machines in the entire dyeing and finishing plant, the application technology in heat exchanger for waste thermal energy recycling can be established to effectively utilize the waste heat and waste hot water discharged from the boiler, setting machines and dyeing machines of the plant, thereby achieving effective applications in energy saving and carbon reduction.   The paper also intends to carry out estimation and evaluation on the overall dyeing and finishing industries through the benefits and conclusion acquired from the application of actual case studies. The paper estimates for an effective reduction of 139,000 tons/year in heavy oil use and 6.9 million tons/year in the amount wastewater discharge after the undergoing improvement in energy saving for the overall dyeing and finishing industries. Additionally, industrial CO2 emissions will concurrently be reduced by 0.41 million tons/year, which indirectly reduces the expenditure in products cost for the overall industries by 2.77 billion/year. Meanwhile, according to the standard conversion of carbon sequestration announced by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the overall industrial CO2 emission from the in the above project after improvement was converted into a carbon sequestration equivalent to 34.1 million tress. If expressing that figure in terms of Da-An Forest Park, it is equivalent to 790 Da-An Forest Parks.
