本研究之主要目的在探討影響國小家長選校就讀的因素分析,以及不同背景家長的對選校考慮因素的差異。為達研究目的,根據國內與國外相關文獻為基礎,分析教師專業、校園學習環境、課程規劃、學生表現、交通便利性、人際關係等因素對國小學童家長選校就讀因素的影響力,並進行問卷調查,最後綜合文獻探討與問卷調查結果,提出分析結論與具體建議,希望以此提供學校行政機關辦學與對此問題進行研究的後續研究者作為參考。本研究以個案全校學生家長為正式施測之母群體,採隨機分層抽樣方式,對個案學校一到六年級家長進行調查,採用問卷調查法,問卷資料以敘述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數等研究方法進行分析。本研究結果指出:教師專業、校園學習環境、課程規劃、學生表現、交通便利性、人際關係等對國小學童家長選校就讀因素皆有正向顯著的影響。其中,家長最為重視的是「教師專業」。其餘影響選校因素依序為「校園學習環境」、「課程規劃」、「學生表現」、「人際關係」、「交通便利性」,因此,學校在少子化的衝擊下,最重要的是必須不斷提升教師專業能力,此外,學校應適時運用行銷策略,以提高學校的知名度。身為教育工作者,更應提供家長正確的教養觀念,以發展多元適性的基礎教育。
The main purpose of this study focuses on analyzing the factors that influent parental choice of schools attended for elementary school pupils, as well as differences in choice of schools and consider factors in different backgrounds of parents. To achieve the purpose, this study has made analysis based on teachers' professional campus learning environment, curriculum planning, student performance, ease of transportation, interpersonal relationships and other factors which have effects on parental choice of elementary schools according to some domestic and foreign literature. Furthermore, a survey was conducted based on the issue. The result was organized with the literature review to get specific conclusions and recommendations, hoping to provide reference for follow-up educational executive researchers. This case study used all students’ parents as the population to give the survey, randomly choosing parents from all 1st to 6th grades. The questionnaire data are designed with descriptive statistics, t test, single factor and number variability of methods of analysis. The study concluded that: teachers' professional, campus learning environment, curriculum planning, student performance, ease of transportation, interpersonal relationships are some positive factors for parental choice of schools. Among them, the most important is 'teachers' professional. " The remaining factors affect school choice in order is "campus learning environment", "curriculum planning", "student performance", "relationships", and lastly "traffic convenience." Therefore, for schools under the impact of low birth rate, the most important thing is to improve teachers' professional capabilities. In addition, schools should use marketing strategies wisely to improve the school's visibility. As educators, parents should provide the correct concepts of education and the development of multivariate adaptive basic education.
