本研究主要探討車輛節能方法之應用,於車輛前方裝置水平軸式風力發電機,利用車輛之風力發電機將風能回收,有效轉換為電能,供應車輛電系使用,並嘗試藉由風力發電機取代原車輛發電系統,不僅能減少引擎負荷,也能達到節能省油的效果,最後探討其節能效益及評估車輛結合風力發電機之可行性。 本實驗將一具水平軸式風力發電機設置於車頭位置,再將充電線路與車輛電瓶作接合,此時車輛將有兩種充電模式,分別為原車輛發電機與風力發電機兩種模式,因此特別設計一組可切換車輛發電機與風力發電機兩種模式的電磁離合機構,將原車輛冷氣壓縮機以車輛發電機取代,並使用連結套筒將電磁離合器與車輛發電機結合,此機構可離合車輛發電機使其不運轉發電,並使用風力發電機作接替充電。 油耗測試方法以固定距離、固定油量,固定時速作試驗,以及模擬一般道路駕駛行為之油耗試驗,藉此比較使用車輛發電機與風力發電機油耗結果,並從結果探討車輛結合風力發電機之節能效益。 實驗結果顯示: 30km距離定速測試實驗中平均可節省15%以上的燃油消耗量。
Owing to the gas crisis, green energy is noticed in recently years. In this study, a wind turbine was used as a vehicle power electrical charging system. The wind turbine is set on the bumper in front of vehicle. When the vehicle running, wind turbine convert wind energy to electricity, and charge electricity to power saving system. An electromagnetic clutch mechanism was set up for switch the charging modes of car alternator and wind turbine. In experiments, efficiency of wind turbine was test for electrical power source and fuel consumption was also investigated. Experimental results revealed that the fuel consumption can be decreased up to 15%~ 17% in a 30 km-distance driving test by proposed vehicle wind turbine system.
