Design and Implementation of LED Emergency Lighting System

摘要


本論文研製一LED緊急照明燈,主要架構可分為電池充電電路及LED照明驅動電路,並使用鋰電池作為電力儲存元件。控制核心為RENESAS R8C/26微處理器,控制充電方式及LED定電流驅動,並根據市電有無來實現充電及LED驅動之切換,充電方式結合ReflexTM及定電流/定電壓方法,提高充電效率及防止電池壽命減短。LED採用定電流驅動,穩定照度不受電池電壓變化影響並防止LED損壞。當人為操作不正常或元件損壞造成電壓或電流發生異常可即時保護電路,待故障排除後自動復歸提高可靠度與實用性。最後加入EMI濾波器降低高頻雜訊,符合EMI規範並減少對其他設備損害。

This paper proposes the design and implementation of an LED emergency light system. The proposed system includes the battery charging circuit with a lithium battery and LED lighting driver circuit. Uses the RENESAS R8C/26 microprocessor to control the charging and constant current LED driver, and according mains switching charging or LED driver, charging method binding ReflexTM charging and constant current/constant voltages method to improve the charging efficiency and prevent battery life is shortened. Using the constant current drive the LED can stabilize the illumination from the battery voltage change impacts and prevent damage to the LED. When the LED emergency light system operation is not normal or component damage caused by voltage or current abnormal immediate protection circuit until troubleshooting automatic reversion to improve the reliability and practicality. Finally add the EMI filter to reduce high frequency noise, Conform EMI specification and reduce the damage to other equipment.
