由越南採集的植物黃毛甲鷹爪(Desmos cochinchinensis var. fulvescens)之果實利用甲醇熱迴流萃取,分配萃取後進行分離純化,共純化鑑定出16個化合物。純化所得的7個化合物委託測試一氧化氮抑制,其中desmosflavone (34)具有顯著抑制活性,IC50值為23.9 ± 1.1 μM。 在有機蔬菜栽培田易發生由白菜炭疽菌(Colletotrichum higginsianum)引起的白菜炭疽病,傳統上栽培業者利用化學農藥的施用加以控制,但過度使用化學農藥會傷及非標的物與環境汙染,並導致抗藥性菌種不斷產生。因此本研究選定48種中草藥,測試其粗萃物對白菜炭疽菌的抑制活性,其中以甘草、八角、黃芩、厚朴、黃連、茜草及五味子粗萃物之抑菌效果最佳,希望藉此發現有效防治病害的成分,進而開發新的植物保護製劑。 沉香(Aquilaria sinensis)葉部甲醇粗萃物之二氯甲烷分畫層對具有艾黴素(doxorubicin)抗藥性的人類乳腺癌細胞(MCF-7/ADR)具有明顯的細胞毒殺活性,因此選定其進行研究。將沉香葉部利用甲醇熱迴流萃取,分配萃取後進行分離純化,迄今共純化鑑定出16個化合物。純化所得化合物將進一步送測抗癌活性,希望藉此開發新的天然抗癌藥物。
The fruits of Desmos cochinchinensis var. fulvescens collected from Vietnam were extracted with methanol under reflux. The methanol extracts were fractionated, and further purified with the assistance of column chromatography to afford sixteen compounds. Seven characterized compounds were subjected into the NO inhibitory activity examinations and among the tested compounds, desmosflavone (34) exhibited the most significant inhibition on NO production with IC50 of 23.9 ± 1.1 μM. In the organic vegetables cultivation fields, the cabbage anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum higginsianum was a serious problem. Traditionally, the farmer used the antifungal chemicals to control the disease, but excessive uses of synthetic pesticides would hurt the plants and environment and also induce resistant fungi. Thus in the present study, forty-eight different traditional Chinese medicines were extracted and subjected into the antifungal activity examinations. From the above results, extracts of Glycyrrhiza glabra、Illicium verum、Scutellaria baicalensis、Magnolia officinalis、Coptis chinensis、Rubia cordifolia and Schisandra chinensis have the best inhibitory activity, it is hopeful to explore the bioactive constituents discover new botanical pesticides derived from the plant sources. In the preliminary cytotoxic bioassay, the dichloromethane layer of methanol extracts of leaves of Aquilaria sinensis demonstrated the significant cytotoxicity toward the doxorubicin resistant human breast adenocarcinoma cell lines (MCF-7/ADR). Therefore, the present research is aimed to purify and identify the bioactive constituents from A. sinensis. The methanol extracts of leaves were fractionated, and further purified with the assistance of column chromatography to afford sixteen compounds. These isolates would be subjected into the anti-tumor bioactivity examinations to explore new natural anti-cancer drug leads.
