紡絲泵容積效率之模擬與預測

摘要


本研究針對熔融紡絲泵的容積效率與公差配合問題進行研究與改善。紡絲泵是齒輪泵一種,但使用條件較為嚴苛。由於可動件與固定件之間有回流的現象,本文以探討外接正齒輪泵為基礎,分析在齒輪泵各式間隙中的回流現象,以間隙尺寸、流體黏度為變數,輸出容積為指標,求出當輸出容積為最小值時的間隙值,做為設計、製造時的參考。 本研究建立了有限元素之齒輪泵回流模型,使用商業用CFD套裝模擬軟體〖ANSYS-Fluent〗^R,模擬齒輪泵。在容積效應改善方面,透過改變參變數得到不同輸出結果,並搭配迴歸分析法,建立迴歸方程式,以期建立設計理論減少模擬實驗次數和時間且提升效率並可預測不同間隙之各種輸出容積,以做為廠商設計、製造時之依據。

This study is to improve the displacement efficiency considering the machining tolerance of the spinning pump. Spinning pump is one kind of gear pump. Slip is a phenomenon in gear pumps, and it consumes power of gear pump. Clearances are the major factor of slip. But reducing the dimensions of clearance will increase the viscous shear. This thesis focus on the relationship of displacement efficiency, the clearances and viscosity in a spur gear pumps. First, the model is established to analyze the slip of the gear pumps. Through CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic) analysis software Fluent^R to simulation gear pumps. Second, by changing parameters obtain different results of displacement and establishing regression equation. Finally, the main objectives are reducing number of times for simulation experiment and improving efficiency.
