以FPGA技術實現具備ZigBee監控之通用型天文學式追日系統

摘要


本論文提出以天文學式為主的追日系統,主要是採用天文學中,地球繞太陽運行的基本定律,利用VB(Visual Basic)程式語言,計算太陽運行公式之角度,將全年太陽運行軌道的角度,儲存至SD記憶卡(Secure Digital Memory Card)。追日系統硬體設計係以現場可規劃閘陣列(Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)技術為主,結合SD記憶卡與步進馬達,透過FPGA電路讀取太陽位置資料庫,使其資料庫檔案轉換成步進馬達步進數,再依據電子時鐘電路完成追日動作,使太陽能板能即時保持與日照角度垂直。由於SD記憶卡可存取各地區太陽位置資料庫,透過記憶卡抽換的便利,使得太陽能板在任何地點、任何時間都可進行追日的動作,達到通用型之目的。另外,本論文透過ZigBee無線通訊技術,並搭配遠端監控介面,可將電表所量取數據,無線傳送至電腦端,提供使用者對太陽能發電系統進行監控之功能。

This paper proposed a sun tracking system based on astronomy. It is using the fundamental revolution of the earth around the sun. By using Visual Basic, the formulas of the angles which sun moving through a year are determined and stored the database into the SD card. The hardware designs of sun tracking system are created by the combination of FPGA, SD card and stepper motor. By way of reading the database of sun position from the SD card, then the FPGA circuit transferred a control signal into step-level for stepper motor. The system is according to the electronic clock to finish the operation of sun tracking and keeping vertical position between solar cell and the angle of sunshine. Due to the SD card can store and read the sun position database in whole area, we can reach the general purpose of that in any position and time. Besides, ZigBee wireless communication technique and remote monitoring interface is application in this paper, we can take the data from multimeter and sending it into computer client to provide the monitor function on photovoltaic system.
