本研究旨在瞭解雲林縣國小教師工作壓力、休閒活動參與及教學效能之現況,並比較不同背景變項國小教師在工作壓力、休閒活動參與及教學效能的差異情形及探討工作壓力、休閒活動參與及教學效能的相關性。本研究採問卷調查方式,以「國小教師工作壓力、休閒活動參與及教學效能關係之研究問卷:以雲林縣為例」為研究工具。正式問卷共發放510份問卷,回收476份,有效問卷464份,可用率為90.98%。本研究將回收之有效樣本,採用SPSS套裝軟體為主要分析工具,以描述性統計、t檢定 (t-test)、單因子變異數分析 (One-Way ANOVA)及Scheffe事後比較、皮爾森積差相關 (Pearson product-moment correlation)及迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。最後再根據研究結果,提出結論及具體建議。本研究得到主要結論如下: 一、雲林縣國小教師整體工作壓力屬中等程度;整體休閒活動參與頻率屬中下程度;整體教學效能屬中上程度。 二、雲林縣國小教師在工作壓力上,會因不同性別的背景變項呈現顯著差異。 三、雲林縣國小教師在休閒活動參與上,會因性別、年齡、教育背景、教學年資等不同的背景變項呈現顯著差異。 四、雲林縣國小教師在教學效能上,會因性別、年齡、教育背景與擔任職務等不同的背景變項呈現顯著差異。 五、雲林縣國小教師的工作壓力與教學效能呈現顯著負相關。 六、雲林縣國小教師的工作壓力對教學效能有預測的效果。 七、雲林縣國小教師的休閒活動參與對教學效能有預測的效果。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job stress and leisure participation on teaching effectiveness and analyze the relationship among the three dependent variables and the demographic measures of elementary school teachers in Yunlin County . The instrument for data collection in this study was a questionnairetitled “effect of job stress and leisure participation on teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers.” A total of 510 questionnaires were distributed, 476 questionnaires were collected and 464 copies were valid. The valid response rate was 90.98%. By using SPSS, the data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, posteriori comparisons of Scheffe’s method, Pearson Product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The findings are as follows: 1.Elementary school teachers have average job stress. The frequency of their overall leisure participation is below the average. Their overall teaching effectiveness is above the average. 2.Significant differences were found between job stress and background variables of sex. 3.Significant differences were found between leisure participation and background variables of sex, age, educational background, and seniority . 4.Significant differences were found between teaching effectiveness and background variables of sex, age, educational background, and job position. 5.There was a significant negative correlation between job stress and teaching effectiveness. 6.Job stress can predict teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers. 7.Leisure participation can predict teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers.
