自動鏟花系統應用於接合面加工與參數評估

摘要


在工具機組成的元件中馬達固定座、螺帽固定座與軸承固定座尤其為重點元件,馬達本身又是機台移動與振動的來源,所以當機台在進行移動時這三個元件的精度尤為重要,這些元件傳統的鏟配流程上都是由專業的鏟花技師以人工方式進行,但人工鏟花這部分由於皆使用人力進行,一旦下刀力量錯誤或經驗不足判讀錯誤則最後在修正方面的時間又會倍增。 本論文使用Visual C++ MFC所開發自動化鏟配人機介面整合自動化鏟配機構對於固定座的部分進行自動化鏟配流程, 不同於之前的技術完成下列三個部分: (1) 開發人機介面使其可掃描顯示所有固定座接合面狀況。 (2) 開發人機介面使其可以對固定座各部元件進行鏟配流程。 (3) 研究鏟配是否對工具機振動有影響。

The motor bracket, Ball screw nut bracket and ball screw bracket is the key component of the machine tool. Especially, motor is the main motion and, Vibration source of the machine tool. Thus the accuracy of those components becomes more important. In generally, the scraping of those components are made by professional human, and easily have error by man-made. In this study, an interface with the auto-scraping system by using visual c++ has been developed for the fixity. Compared with the previous literatures about auto-scraping, there are three main improvements in this thesis as following: (1) The developed interface can be used to display the contact face of all brackets. (2) The developed interface can be used to the contact face of all brackets. (3) The results can be used to analysis the vibration effect of the machine tool.
