Implementing ERP brings some massive benefits for enterprises. However, whether enterprises can reach these benefits, it depends on how companies identify critical problems. Although there are a lot of studied researching ERP, it almost focuses on critical factors that affect successful ERP implementation. Hence, investigating important problems through ERP implementation activities of this study is seems as a new phenomenon in the ERP field. This paper aims to discover some key points as below: (1) compares pros and cons of implementation structure; (2) uses brainstorming to establish “The structure of various problems in ERP activities (draft case)”; (3) sets up “The structure of various problems in ERP activities (initial case)” by applying FGI; (4) uses Delphi method for ensuring the results rationality of focus group interviews (FGI); (5) establishes the weight table of each category with analytic hierarchy process (AHP); (6) proposes “The problem-solving priority strategy map”; (7) proposes some management implications.
