傳統的交流感應馬達吊扇常見於日常生活中,存在的缺點是體積大、效率不佳和噪音等問題。無刷直流馬達吊扇體積小一半,高效率的運轉可以節能約達1/2左右,有機會成為未來的商品;然而,卻要面臨無刷直流馬達運轉降低噪音的問題。 無刷直流馬達吊扇具有節能的功效,平穩低噪音的運轉是較高階的要求,這些抖動的原因是無刷直流馬達的反電動勢含有諧波成份,因而造成驅動控制的困難。 本文探討一般傳統的弦波驅動的不足,研擬新的調變驅動之改善研究,以期改善轉矩漣波的抖動,並獲得較好的效率。 針對含有五次諧波成份的無刷直流馬達吊扇,提出新的諧波注入調變驅動控制,將控制轉速的電壓命令中注入適當的諧波成份,使產生的電流和吊扇輸出的功率更為平順,達到轉矩漣波降低與噪音降低的目的,同時能夠兼顧效率改善與功因改善的功能。
The traditional ceiling fan, governed by the induction motor, has the problems with the low efficiency, large size, and noise. The new type fan of the blushless DC motor (BLDCM) with the high efficiency which can save about half energy will be popular. However, the BLDCM fan must reduce the noise from the normal operation. Although the BLDCM fan has the advantage of the energy saving the noise reduction is required for achieving the better operation. The noise, a kind of electrical noise, is caused by the back emf containing the 5th harmonics. These harmonics will render the ceiling fan to be ill-controlled, if the traditional sine wave generator is used. This thesis presents a novel harmonic current injection method for elimination of the 5th harmonics. The experimental results validate the effectiveness on the improvement of the cogging torque and the rotation noise.
