摘要


近年台灣教練機老化,空軍AT-3 已服役30 年,接替的新型教練機種 之需求問題已經浮現,台灣已具有研製高級教練機的技術與經驗,政府開 始推動「國機國造」之政策. 鑒於政府推動「國機國造」之政策,本論文提出一套雷達模擬器, 建構化模擬器以取代昂貴之雷達系統,進而大幅度降低教練機生產成本. 本論文提出以衛星地圖為基礎的雷達功能,採用Open CV 繪圖軟體構建雷 達各種對地功能所需之畫面.可模擬雷達空對地之功能如Ground Map 以 及DBS(Doppler Beam-Sharpening),並使用C++撰寫雷達模擬軟體,提供 駕駛員操作與學習雷達系統之功能

The trainer aircrafts in Taiwan are aging. For example, the air force’s AT-3s have been in service for 30 years. The demand for new trainer aircrafts is becoming increasingly urgent. Taiwan possesses the technological capabilities and experience to manufacture advanced trainer aircrafts. Therefore, the government introduced a policy to spur the domestic production of combat aircrafts. Based on this policy, the present study aimed to develop a radar simulator that can substitute expensive physical radar systems, thereby greatly reducing the production cost of trainer aircrafts. A radar function based on satellite mapping was developed. The OpenCV software was adopted to develop functional interfaces of the radar system. These interfaces could simulate various air-ground radar functions, such as ground mapping, Doppler beam sharpening (DBS). The radar simulation software was written in C++. The radar can serve as training software for pilots learning radar functions.
