高性能方位角雷射指向器之設計與製作

摘要


本文研究目的主要在實做高性能方位角雷射指向器。其高性能是指擁有可單機執行,可連線模式執行,低晶片成本,具磁干擾偵測警告能力,磁干擾校正能力與智慧型判斷最短路徑到達功能。 本文以太陽光能最佳化利用資料庫查詢系統為實驗對象。在資料庫查詢系統計算出最佳安裝角度後,如何利用PSoC微處理晶片,整合電子羅盤晶片TDCM3,實做可搭配接收資料庫查詢系統計算結果並指示最佳安裝方位角之雷射指向器。 實驗中,當系統經由演算得出最佳方位角後,透過RS232連線至高性能方位角雷射指向器。經由內部開發的PSoC微處理晶片系統程式,可同步接收目前方位角與最佳方位角資訊,搭配智慧型最短旋轉路徑演算法、LCD顯示模組與雷射線,指示最佳安裝方位角。 最後再與市面上販售之方位感測電子羅盤做比較,證明高性能雷射指向器較市售電子羅盤具有更高的適用性與多樣化。

The main purpose of this paper is try to implement a Azimuth high-performance laser pointing devices. Its high-performance means have a stand-alone implementation, Connection mode can be implemented, low cost chip, the ability of detect the magnetic distortion, calibrate magnetic distortion function and intelligent features to determine the shortest path to reach. In this paper, use Optimal Solar Panel Installation Supporting System for the experiment. When the system calculated the optimal azimuth, use PSoC micro-processing chip, integrated to TDCM3 electronic compass chip, implement an laser pointing device that can receive calculated optimal azimuth of the system and define the optimal azimuth. In the experiment, when system calculated the optimal azimuth, use RS232 interface connect to azimuth laser pointer with high-performance. According to the program written into the PSoC Microchip system chip of the Laser Pointer device, it can get active azimuth and receive the best azimuth from other device by RS232 interface, and work with the Algorithm of intelligent features to determine the shortest path to reach, and use LCD display module and Laser module to indicate the the best azimuth. At last, let the azimuth laser pointer with high-performance compare with other universal digital compass modular on the market, we can prove that the azimuth laser pointer with high-performance that had higher flexibility and diversification than other universal digital compass modular on the market.
