本論文以研究轉子動態系統振動量測分析與研究為主,並進行Order階次分析。本研究是使用LDS- PHOTON II和LabVIEW NI-9233來進行量測擷取數據資料,並將數據進行Order階次分析與模擬。但由於擷取出的軟體與進行Order階次分析的軟體所使用的信號格式並不相同,所以本文使用LabVIEW圖控語言,來自行開發撰寫處理整合擷取信號數據的程式。使用LabVIEW圖控語言把處理過的資料(*.UFF檔)匯入電腦輔助機構動態分析軟體ATA Rotate執行動態分析,並將分析結果輸出至模態分析軟體ME’Scope進行檢視實驗數據。 此外,本研究亦使用ANSYS Workbench進行被測物的模態分析,以瞭解被測物的自然模態。 最後,將實驗的結果數據和使用ANSYS Workbench所分析出的結果數據進行比較,以瞭解被測物的特性。可瞭解到本論文所提的方式,能夠有效針對轉子振動系統進行特性分析。讓使用者更能夠發揮被測物之用途。
The main goal of this investigation is to perform the vibration analysis and research of rotor dynamic systems, then proceed order analysis. This research used LDS-Photon II and LabVIEW with NI-9233 to measure and get the data, then took the data to do the order analysis and simulation. The format of signal obtained from hardware and order analysis software is not the same, so this research used LabVIEW Graphical control language to write the programs that can edit, process and sort these data. The processed data (*.UFF) were imported to the software ATA Rotate to perform the order analysis, and the results were exported to the ME’Scope software to do the modal analysis. Furthermore, this research also used ANSYS Workbench to perform the modal analysis. The modal frequencies and modes of the model were recongnized and verified. At last, the results of experiments were compared with the numerical results of ANSYS Workbench in order to understand the rotor model’s feature. The approach of this investigation can be efficiently used to analyze the dynamic properties of the rotor vibration systems. It also let users to expand the utilities of the measured systems.
