儘管藉由企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)的推動,確實可以提升企業的營運效率(Davenport, 2000)。但是複雜的導入過程,使得ERP的推動仍處在於60-90%的高失敗率背景之下(Kwahk and Lee, 2008)。為了成功導入ERP系統,除了要有足夠的資源與時間,更重要的是要掌握過往導入案例的成敗經驗,而且探討其關鍵成功因素(Kemp and Low, 2008; Muscatello and Chen, 2008)。 為此,本研究利用德爾菲法掌握ERP導入關鍵成功因素共五大構面,23個關鍵成功因素,並以此透過層級分析法(AHP)取得D公司在ERP導入專案中,影響ERP導入的關鍵因素之權重比較。研究結果前六名依序是企業流程再造;ERP軟體供應商的配合、支援;員工對於新系統的接受與適應;ERP軟體的整合技術;ERP顧問的服務、諮詢;高階管理階層的支持、參與、承諾。 而過往研究數據的計算與分析,大部分使用統計軟體SPSS、SAS等其他需付費軟體,對此,本研究在研究工具上改變採用R統計軟體。R統計軟體不僅是一套免費軟體資源,且其擴充套件相當豐富。故本研究將德爾菲法、AHP法所使用到的統計公式,透過R軟體的自訂函數來計算分析,希望以此研究使其他研究人員能夠認識R統計軟體。
Although implementing an ERP System that can indeed enhance the operational efficiency(Davenport, 2000).But the complicated import process that making the ERP implementation still lies in promoting high failure rate of 60-90% of the background(Kwahk and Lee, 2008). In order to successfully implement ERP systems, in addition to have enough resources and time, the more important is to grasp the experience of the past success of imported cases and to explore the critical success factors. For this reason, this study uses the Delphi method to grasp the critical success factors of the ERP implementation, include five dimensions and twenty-three factors, and used these factors to get the weights of the critical success factors of the ERP implementation of company D in the ERP implementation project through AHP method. The top six of the results are: business process reengineering; the cooperation and support of the ERP software vendors; the acceptance and adaptation of the employees on new system; the integration technology of the ERP software; the services and consulting of the ERP consultants; the participation and support of the top management. Previous calculation and analysis of the study data, mostly using statistical software SPSS, SAS and other paid software. In this regard, this study changed to use the R statistical software at research tools. R statistical software is a set of free software resources, and where its extension is rich. This study will calculation and analysis statistical formula be used by the Delphi method and AHP method, through the R software-defined functions, I hope this study enable other researchers to recognize the R statistical software.
