在這個科技日新月異的時代,車輛診斷儀器也不斷推陳出新。本文主要針對診斷儀器的攜帶性與操作上的便利性作改良。以觸控螢幕作為功能操作的主要方式。而接收車輛訊息則使用藍芽模組通訊,以ISO 15765控制器區域網路(Controller Area Network, CAN)規範其通訊。 本研究以STM32系列的F103RCT6作為控制IC[1],配合 3.2吋觸控TFT LCD[2]顯示中英文字與圖片,以觸控螢幕的方式操作功能。本診斷器具備讀取車輛基本訊息以及車上診斷系統(On-board diagnostics, OBD)故障訊息之功能。車輛訊息包括引擎溫度、引擎轉速等。OBD故障訊息則是用代碼顯示,除此再以英文字進行註解。 本研究開發之觸控式車用診斷儀器用以往車輛診斷儀器作為改進。經實際測試結果測試與比較,它提升了攜帶性及便利性。而藍芽傳輸在與車輛連接時能免去接線的不便。觸控螢幕也可以省去大部分功能按鍵,觸控功能也增進操作上的便捷與人性化,使駕駛者便於確認車輛狀況,針對車輛維修技師而言也可做為檢測的基準。
Today, technologies change fast. It's also happen on the vehicle diagnostic device. This paper describes how to make the vehicle diagnostic device easy to operate and more portable. The tip is to use the touch panel for the operation of the device and use Bluetooth by ISO 15765 Controller Area Network(CAN)to the way of communication. This research uses F103RCT6 which belongs STM32 series for the control chip. In addition, the 3.2" TFT LCD touch panel is used to show messages and pictures and to operate various functions. Here are the two chief functions of this handheld device. One is to read basic messages of vehicles, and the other is to show the wrong messages of on-board diagnostics (OBD). The basic messages of vehicles include engine temperature, revolutions per minute(RPM) of engine and so on. Moreover, the wrong messages of OBD is showed by trouble codes with English explanations. To be a handheld device, making it more portable and easy to operate are the points. Bluetooth makes messages easier and the touch panel makes the device portable.
