本研究結合自動識別與雲端運算技術來進行校園機車停車管理,過去校園機車管理系統只單著重於管制機車的進出,因此無法迅速有效的管理機車是否依規定停放的各類停車問題(如:佔據走道、阻擋出入口等),而損及守規範學生的停車權益,因此我們運用RFID技術進行機車出入管理,並利用貼於機車上之QR碼,進行違規機車的舉發與紀錄。當校園交通稽核人員發現違規停放之機車時,可利用手持裝置,讀取QR碼資料及拍照違規之紀錄,藉由雲端技術將資料傳至學生輔導單位,對違規的學生進行適當的處置,酌以安排安全教育課程或勞動服務等方式對生學進行教育,如此一來可減少人力資源的配置,並提升管理效率,藉此提升學生交通安全及品德教育,並營造出更友善的校園環境。
The aim of this study is to investigate how to apply the automatic identification technology for vehicle management base on cloud computing services in campus. In past, the concern of vehicle management in most campus of universities is mostly focused on the entrance and exit of vehicle through the campus gates. While the parking problems are not solved in time, the parking rights of most students who are obeying the parking rules will be affected negatively and the campus safety will become worse. However, the parking violations in the campus become the other kind of managerial issues which are hardly to be solved. Therefore, how to develop an effective and efficiency managerial approach for solving the campus parking problems becomes a common issue for most universities in Taiwan. So, several factors should be considered in the possible solutions, such as the parking norm of campus, the application of information technology etc. For providing the possible solution for solving the above problems, the RFID and QR code based approaches have been applied in this thesis. The FRID tag is for the use of entrance and exit of vehicles through campus gates. Surely, these vehicle owners should apply the campus permission and QR code sticker in advance. The QR code based system is then developed for the managerial parking issues in campus. By using QR code based system, the QR coded sticker will be given to each vehicle and stuck on the vehicle plate. If any person violates the campus parking rules, the photo of the vehicle will be taken and the QR code will be read by a mobile device. The photo and QR code are then upload to the vehicle managerial office through campus Wi-Fi cloud system so that the faculties can deal with the parking violation cases more effectively and efficiently. While the proposed IT based system has been developed with the corresponding campus parking norms, the management to the vehicle parking problems including the human resource and relative costs is expected to be minimized dramatically for universities.
