摘要


目前常見的反射杯式LED手電筒,在點亮時會出現明顯的光暈效果,造成照明品味上的不適。為了改善此現象,本文提出用於LED反射杯手電筒的光學最佳化設計方法,此最佳化設計方法的建構順序,本文先從高功率LED的現況與發展進行整理,協助光學工程人員瞭解目前正確的高功率LED的資訊,接著本文從根本的光源模擬開始論述,分別比較「封裝光源」、「切趾光源」以及「影像檔光源」三種不同的光源模擬的結果,發現以「影像檔光源」的模型是可信的光源建立方式。本文詳細介紹如何使用Lighttools的功能以快速建立反射杯光學模型,以及相關的模擬光學設定;在提出可信的光源模擬以及反射杯建模方法之後,本文以某市售反射杯式LED手電筒進行逆向建模,在Lighttools中以本文所提的方式進行模擬,並比較模擬與實際量測的差異,以確定本文所提的模擬方法是正確的。根據正確的光學模型,本文提出了LED反射杯最佳化設計方法論,藉由本文提出的改善方法,最後得到的設計結果再實際進行樣品試製,並量測相關的光學結果,驗証本文提出的模擬與最佳化方法的正確性。本文所提出的高功率LED資訊、光源建模方式、反射杯快速建模、逆向反射杯建模以及反射杯最佳化設計方法,對於目前產業界應用於反射杯式LED照明設計,具有很大的實用性。

At present, it is common to see a significant light halo generated by LED flashlight. The light halo is like a glare that will cause people uncomfortable. In order to improve this halo phenomenon, this essay proposed an optics optimization methodology of reflector-design of LED flashlight. The methodology mainly includes five parts explained in sequence in the context. Firstly, we collected the latest high power products and developments that provide the useful information to help designers to choose the right LED. We discussed the fundamental simulation models of a LED emitter. The simulation results of three emitter models that are package, apodization and image raydata forms are compared. It is obvious that the image raydata form is the most reliable method of building a correct LED emitter. For efficiently implement the LED reflector optics model, a detail guidance introducing how to utility the optics solid objects and set the correct optical properties in Lighttools is presented. After building the reliable simulation techniques about LED emitter and reflector model, we proposed a reversed modeling method to rapidly transform a commercially available LED reflector of flashlight into a Lighttools optics model. This optics model is analysed in Lighttools for obtaining the simulation results. We compared the simulation results and experiment ones to explain the simulation accuracy is good enough to apply to design a LED reflector. According to the accuracy optics model, we proposed a systematic optimization method applied for designing reflector of LED flashlight. The final improved optical design was manufactured as a mock-up sample. The CREE XPE LED was placed in the reflector sample. We measured the intensity distribution of the sample. The results shown that the optimization and simulation method proposed by this essay are accuracy. All the high power LED information, LED emitter model, rapidly building reflector model, inverse modeling of reflector and reflector optimization design method are full valuable for LED lighting industries.
