使用起動型鋰鐵電池對汽油引擎性能影響之研究

摘要


本研究主要是將傳統汽油引擎的鉛酸電池更換為起動型鋰鐵電池,並於汽油噴射引擎中進行試驗,研究過程分成實車性能與馬力試驗機性能試驗兩類,前者進行實車電池負載、點火波形影響與油耗表現實驗,後者於馬力試驗機上依循FTP-75與SFTP SC03兩種模式進行實驗,在控制的實驗條件下,以鉛酸電池之性能表現為基礎,比較鋰鐵電池在不同車速與轉速下,在電池負載、點火波形穩定度與油耗扭力、牽引力及廢氣排放物各種廢氣排放濃度與性能之變化。 研究實驗結果顯示:使用鋰鐵電池,在電池負載充放回充性能上較佳;點火波形穩定度高;實際路跑油耗平均下降2~5%;低轉速下的燃料消耗比率平均下降3.36~4.12%;各種轉速的廢氣排放比率CO降低2.8~20.6%、HC降低35.7~98.4%;NOX降低12.4~35.6%;整體有效馬力效率提高1.27~4.63%、輸出牽引力提高5.64~9.13%。因此於汽油引擎使用鋰鐵電池,除了本身使用壽命延長外,更可使汽油引擎提升節能效果,提高引擎馬力扭力的輸出,並降低排煙汙染物,有效達成節能減碳的目標。

This research is the traditional lead-acid battery replacement petrol engine to start -type lithium iron batteries, gasoline and jet engine testing , research process into real vehicle performance and horsepower test machine performance test categories, the former conduct real car battery load , ignition and fuel consumption performance impact test waveform , and FTP-75 which follow two modes SFTP SC03 experiments under controlled experimental conditions , to the performance of lead-acid battery tester based on horsepower , more lithium-iron batteries different speeds and speed , the load on the battery , ignition and fuel consumption changes torque waveform stability , traction and exhaust emissions and performance of various concentrations of exhaust emissions . Study results showed : the use of lithium iron batteries, battery charge load charge back into better performance ; ignition waveform and high stability ; actual road race fuel consumption fell by an average of 2 to 5% ; fuel consumption ratio under low speed average decrease 3.36 ~ 4.12% ; various speed ratio of CO emissions reduced 2.8~20.6%, HC reduces 35.7 ~ 98.4%; NOX reduced by 12.4 ~ 35.6% ; overall efficiency and effective horsepower 1.27 ~ 4.63%, improving traction output 5.6 to 7.4%. So in gasoline engines use lithium-iron battery , in addition to their longer life , but also can make gasoline engines more energy savings, increase the output torque of the engine horsepower and reduce exhaust pollutants effectively achieve carbon reduction targets.
